To provide you with the best professional coffee gear at competitive prices, we source our products globally. While many orders arrive within 7 business days, please allow up to 14 business days for final delivery to your doorstep in Singapore.
These timeframes are not absolute and can be influenced by local logistics handling and customs clearance. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your gear reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipment Tracking
Real-time monitoring is provided for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you may track your package's progress directly through our Tracking Page using your order details.
Taxes & Customs (GST)
For orders delivered to Singapore, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and included in the final checkout price. Our direct-to-consumer model ensures that taxes are handled efficiently at the source, meaning no additional collection is required upon arrival for most standard orders.
Shipping Address Accuracy
