Refund & Returns Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, the order may already be in the fulfillment process with our global partners and cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must follow the return process after receiving the item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original professional packaging.
- For hygiene and technical reasons, coffee tools (grinders, scales, etc.) must be free of any coffee residue or signs of use.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at kafemaster1@gmail.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, contact our support team at kafemaster1@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
